Little Sore On Eye What If I Worked Out Only A Little Yesterday. But Am Slightly Sore Today Is It Cool If I Workout Today?

What if i worked out only a little yesterday. but am slightly sore today is it cool if i workout today? - little sore on eye

I think I'm still not in full training yesterday. But today I am a little hurt. Does the practice today? usually do not work two days. But I think, as I said yesterday.

Yeah, okay. His body was not likely to exercise or perhaps not even the right leg. Pain disappears as soon as you get used to your exercise routine.

Not when your muscles ache, that is, they have not recovered, and more lift would be worse than no increase.

Definitely yes U should work. If you work all day, even if u will feel the pain, the body get used to UR and not feel pain again.

yes! definitely. I mean, your body needs to adapt. In fact, working again today the pain has gone faster because the muscles get used to it. very soon, the development will not hurt. it is a good feeling! HAV funn!

Yes, but make sure not to break between weight lifting to the muscles. It takes time to build and strengthen again before they are reused.
